Job Description
|
Certifying Oman Air and Third Party Avionics components repair and overhaul.
Training new Omani Technicians in handling Avionics components repair and overhaul.
Responsible for carrying out and certification of his own work and those jobs performed by staff working under him on all company and contracted parties’ maintenance requirement as directed by immediately reporting personnel’s.
Monitor to ensure adequate pre work preparation is carried out for efficient work progress.
Monitor to ensure that all tools and equipment used are operated correct, safe and are maintained in good working condition. Report any unserviceability of equipment or tooling or occurrences to Avionics shop Incharge to take necessary action.
Monitor to ensure that all manuals, publications are maintained in a good order and kept up to date to the latest revision.
Maintain and record all maintenance work carried out by him.
Informs Engineer / Senior Engineer in respect of all matters associated with Airworthiness and the ‘Terms of Approval’ as laid down in the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE).
Ensure adherence to the Airport Authorities rules, company procedures and regulations as well as HSE policies in order to ensure safe working environment at all times.
10. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the maintenance process.
Available for one call support and to work on overtime when required.
